Set on more than seven gorgeous oceanfront acres on Singer Island — just 20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport — this wellness-focused retreat offers one of the best spots to customize your health journey with their comprehensive menu of regenerative treatments (think hyperbaric oxygen therapy, dry flotation, and red light therapy), mind and body therapies featuring sound healing, Reiki, and acupuncture, and an impressive 103,000-square-foot spa that happens to be the largest in the entire state. Yeah, you read that right.

The friendly front desk attendants will check you in, greet your four-legged companion, and make sure you have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Got a specific request? They're happy to oblige — as we were cheerfully told, "It's only a request away!" That kind of warmth sets the tone for the whole experience.

Accommodations here range from airy guest rooms and spacious suites to lavish wellness residences and opulent penthouses — so whatever your vibe, they've got you covered.

Whether you're booking a quick weekend getaway or prefer to go all-in with a weeklong retreat, Palm Beach County's go-to wellness destination is custom designed for relaxation. And honestly, isn't that what we all need?

The ocean view king rooms are a dream — complete with a private terrace offering spectacular pool and oceanfront views that I couldn't stop staring at. A soaking tub will literally melt all your stress away, and the blackout curtains guarantee the most incredible night's sleep you've had in ages. I slept like a baby.

Each day, the property offers a variety of experiences that guests can sign up for — ranging from mat Pilates, slow flow yoga, and sound bath meditation to Yin yoga, Tai Chi, and functional training. And can we talk about the complimentary full moon yoga classes on the beach at 7 p.m.? That's the kind of magic I live for.

After a day at the beach, you absolutely have to stop by Lala Lobby Bar & Lounge for one of their creative cocktails. Trust me on this one.

The colorful bar offers a variety of small plates that are absolutely perfect after a relaxing spa treatment or lazy afternoon by the pool. I may have ordered way too many, but no regrets.

Every day the bar hosts a Harmony Hour between 4 and 6 p.m. where select appetizers, house wines by the glass, and premium house spirits are half price. Half price, you guys! That's basically an invitation.

The resort takes diners on an unforgettable cultural tour of India at AYRE by Karma — brought to South Florida by James Beard-Featured Chef Asif R. Syed. And let me tell you, it's a journey worth taking.

This modern restaurant offers dishes designed to elevate your palate and awaken every single sense. You can choose from a three-, five-, or seven-course tasting menu, or just go à la carte and build your own adventure. Either way, you're in for something special.

Our first course started with a delicious sampling of Tellicherry pepper crab with roasted garlic cremeaux and yellow chili powder — wowza. The grilled shrimp was also a top pick, served with the most refreshing mango salsa. I wanted to order it again immediately.

For the next course, you absolutely have to try Chef's signature grilled lamb chops made with Dijon mustard and mint served with cumin potatoes — they're phenomenal. From the à la carte menu, I highly recommend the lobster masala; it arrives in such a beautiful presentation that it's truly an unforgettable dish. I couldn't stop taking photos before I took a bite.

Save room, because the Qubani apricot confit is something else — slow-cooked apricot served atop a delicate phyllo nest and complemented by fresh blueberries. It's the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes and just enjoy the moment.

Breakfast is served at TULA, named after the Sanskrit word for "balance" — how perfect is that? The farm-to-table-inspired restaurant focuses on serving up locally sourced ingredients, clean proteins, and nutrient-dense superfoods that make you feel amazing from the inside out.

We absolutely loved the wild mushroom omelet with a side of home fried potatoes, and the heartier steak and eggs dish — a 10-ounce Prime hanger steak cooked to our medium-rare liking served with two eggs, chimichurri, and crispy garlic and rosemary potatoes. Let me tell you, that breakfast kept me going all day.

Dinner is also served at TULA and features an impressive raw bar selection — think briny bivalves, fresh Key West pink shrimp, and Wahoo crudo that will make your taste buds so happy.

For the main event, a signature dry-aged, bone-in ribeye is seared to absolute perfection and accompanied by tasty sides of white asparagus and Yukon gold potato puree. Other highlights include Florida snapper and Bell & Evans free-range chicken. Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed.

If you somehow didn't save room for dessert (it happens to the best of us), an espresso martini is the absolute perfect way to wrap up a memorable dining experience here. Cheers to that.

Don't worry — there are plenty of ways to work off all those extra calories! Whether you opt for a fitness class, prefer yoga on the beach, or want to hit the gym for a solo workout or treadmill run, the resort encourages you to enjoy yourself while also taking time to care for your health. Balance is everything, right?

Another seriously impressive amenity is their signature indoor-outdoor Aayush hydrothermal experience that spans a massive 40,000 square feet — the first of its kind in Florida. First of its kind! I couldn't believe it.

Guests can enjoy a day of pure relaxation with access to replenishment pools, steam and sauna rooms, an inhalation salt therapy chamber, and the property's private beach and fitness center. Complimentary valet service is also included, because of course it is.

For a truly healthful treatment, I highly recommend booking a visit to their signature Ammortal Recharge Chamber. This is next-level wellness, you guys.

This incredibly relaxing experience — nestled inside the four-story spa — features bioenergetic technology designed to calm your nervous system, help you recover from stress, and set you on a path of renewal by recharging your body, mind, and spirit. I came out feeling like a completely new person.

Its infrared light helps improve circulation, aids in restoring cells, and reduces pain and fatigue. Science-backed wellness that actually feels amazing? Yes, please.

For the ultimate indulgence, rent a pool cabana with a daybed and lounge chairs where you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy those cool ocean breezes while snacking on healthy treats like a fruit plate or Mediterranean platter paired with a bottle of Moët. Honestly, is there anything better?
